Sautéed Japanese style pork

If you’re in the mood for mushrooms, how about this dish made with loads of mushrooms and meat? 

This hearty dish is sure to put a smile on your family’s faces.

Ingredients

Instructions

● Dressing・・・4 tablespoons
● Thinly sliced pork shoulder loin・・・150 g
● Olive oil・・・1 tablespoon
● Mushrooms・・・70 g

① Cut mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
② Grease a frying pan with olive oil, sauté pork and mushrooms.

Add dressing and 60 cc of water, and boil it down.
