Roasted Cauliflower

“Basic” or plain roasted cauliflower is a wonderful easy side dish that goes with almost anything! 
It can be part of an antipasto of roasted vegetables. 



● Dressing ・・・2 tablespoons
● Cauliflower・・・1 head cauliflower,
                                cut into florets
● Olive oil・・・1 tablespoon

①Preheat oven to 475 degrees. On a cookie sheet, toss cauliflower pieces with olive oil,
②Roast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp tender and lightly browned.
③Transfer to a serving dish ad dizzle the dressing and serve.
