Tuna and avocado are a match made in heaven!
Use sesame dressing made with soy sauce as a base to create the kind of tuna and avocado bowl you’re used to eating at restaurants.
● Dressing・・・ 30 g
● Millet rice・・・ 150 g
● Tuna・・・ 50 g
● Green leaves・・・20 g
● Seaweed (nori)・・・Some
① Place millet rice in a bowl and put green leaves over it.
② Mix square-cut tuna and avocado with dressing.
Place over ❶ and sprinkle with seaweed (nori).
