Hainanese Chicken Rice
A signature dish of Singaporean cuisine arranged in Pietro style. Savor the cooked chicken with coriander that adds an extra touch of flavor.
● Dressing ・・・5tablespoons
● Rice・・・2 cup (300g) rice, rinsed and drained
● Salt to taste
● 400ml Water
● 300g chicken breasts, boneless
● Cilantro to taste
①To prepare the chicken, remove as much excess skin and fat from the chicken as possible.
②Mix together rice and salt and dressing and a water. Add chicken breast. Close the lid and allow the rice to cook as usual. Once it's cooked, open the lid.
③Remove and cut chicken breast into pieces and lay on top of rice.
④Serve the chicken meat with the rice, and cilantro. Drizzle a little dressing over the chicken meat just before serving.
