This salad dazzles you up with colors and textures of various vegetables. Even children who don’t like vegetables will enjoy it!
● Dressing・・・4 tablespoons
● Lettuce・・・120 g
● Cherry tomatoes (red, yellow)・・・4 each
● Bacon・・・90 g
● Potatoes (small) 4 to 6 (about 230 g)
① Cut lettuce and cherry tomatoes in half. Fry bacon until crisp.
② Wash potatoes well and cut into bite-size pieces (leaving the skin on). Place in a pot and add enough water to cover the potatoes. Place on heat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes after boiling. Sprinkle salt and bake in an oven (for about 10 to 15 minutes).
③ Serve on a plate and pour dressing over it.
