Basil Chicken Steak

Ingredients < 2 servings>

● OUCHI-PASTA・・・2 tablespoons
● Olive oil・・・1 tablespoon
● Chicken thigh・・・380g)
● Water・・・2 tablespoons
● Greens・・・some


① Make a cut in the thick part of the chicken thigh and make the whole thickness the same. ②Heat olive oil in a frying pan, put the chicken thighs skin side down, and bake over medium heat. When the skin is browned, turn it over and bake it in the same way.
③When ❷ is cooked, add OUCHI-PASTA and water, and heat over medium heat until the sauce thickens.  
④ Place ❸ in a bowl and add greens if you like.
