〜Challenge Bell Peppers〜
These makes your kids love vegetables!
Colorful paprika! Marinated with dressing for a mild taset.
Why not make it into a stick and enjoy the crunchy texture?
Gapao rice is easy for children to eat. Paprika is one of the vegetables whose sweetness increases when cooked. Make it colorful by using red and green bell pepper! A slightly deep shell-shaped dishware makes it easy to eat with a spoon.
Pickled Bell Peppers
・Bell peppers (red/yellow) ・・・1/2 piece
<Instructions> for one kid
① Cut the paprika into sticks and boil.
②❶ into a plastic bag or empty bottle and add dressing. Place in the refrigerator for about an hour.
・Olive oil・・・1 tablespoon
・Red bell peppers・・・30g
・Green bell peppers・・・20g
・Water・・・ 4 tablespoons
・OUCHI-PASTA ・・・2 tablespoons
・Basil leaves・・・5g (7-8 pieces)
・Fried egg・・・1 piece
・Black pepper・・・a little bit
<Instructions> for one kid① Cut the onion and bell peppers into 1-1.5cm cubes.
②Put olive oil in a frying pan, heat over medium heat, add ground chicken and sauté.
Add onions and bell peppers in that order and stir. When lightly browned, add water to remove the flavor from the frying pan, turn off the heat, add caster sugar, fish sauce, and OUCHI-PASTA, and heat over medium heat while stirring. Check the taste and consistency until it becomes slightly thick. Turn off the heat, add chopped basil and mix. (Turn on the fire by preheating)
④Make fried eggs in another frying pan.
⑤Place rice in a bowl, arrange ③ and ④ on top, and top with basil if desired.
