Quinoa and avocado salad
This nutritious, “beautifying” salad is made with avocado and quinoa. Tasting as great as it looks, it is a perfect choice for vegan-style diets.
● Dressing・・・2 teaspoons
● Dressing・・・2 tablespoons
● Potatoes (small)・・・3
● Quinoa・・・1/2 cup
● Lettuce・・・1 leaf
● Salt and pepper・・・Some
① Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
② Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces and place in a pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
③ Place quinoa and water in a pot and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the water is gone. Let it cool. Add 2 teaspoons of dressing and mix. Cool it in a refrigerator.
④ Thinly slice avocado.
⑤ Serve ❶, ❷, and ❸ on a plate and pour 2 tablespoons of dressing over it.
